Damaged or Defective Items  
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement of the same item if deemed eligible. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Issues  
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
