Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time Estimates  
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days  
- International: 7–15 business days  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays  
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues  
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Multiple Shipments  
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.
